Responsibilities:
- Assist patients with rehabilitation exercises and therapy sessions.
- Monitor patient progress and report findings to the chiropractic team.
- Prepare and maintain treatment areas and equipment.
- Educate patients on exercise techniques and wellness practices.
- Provide exceptional customer service and support to enhance patient experience.
- Document patient interactions and treatment plans accurately.
- Collaborate with the chiropractic team to create tailored rehabilitation programs.
- Ensure compliance with safety and health regulations in the clinic.
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional education in health sciences preferred.
- Experience in a healthcare or rehabilitation setting is a plus.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Basic knowledge of anatomy and physical rehabilitation techniques.
- Compassionate demeanor with a focus on patient care.
- Willingness to learn and adapt to new treatment methods.
- Current CPR/First Aid certification is an advantage.
